A stunning blue powdered pigment that glows light blue in UV light. Pandora is the most playful of glowing blue hues, the one that makes you want to craft or paint your nails in an instant. Pandora is a potato shaped moon with an icy cold surface; whilst she may appear a little lumpy and bumpy in places, she is in fact a super-interesting moon.
Named from Greek mythology, Pandora caused chaos by opening her box. She is also responsible for hope (the last creature within the box entering the world). With this in mind, I bring you a light blue to aquamarine glowing pigment that is not only playful, but also restorative and charming.
