Postage & Shipping Information

I take great care to pack every order lovingly and send it on its way as smoothly as possible from my studio to your door. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day and collected by Royal Mail on the following working day.

UK Shipping

  • FREE Second Class Tracked UK delivery on all orders over £50 
  • £3.95 Second Class Tracked delivery for orders under £50 and under 2kg
  • First Class UK delivery is available at checkout if you need your goodies a little quicker

Most UK orders arrive within up to 5 working days. Occasionally parcels may arrive slightly earlier or later depending on the courier, but as soon as your order leaves my studio, you’ll receive an email confirmation to let you know it’s on its way.

I usually send orders via Royal Mail, and occasionally DPD where appropriate. While I don’t use tracked delivery as standard, I do obtain proof of posting for every parcel, which is available on request for peace of mind.

If Something Isn’t Quite Right

If I’ve made a mistake with your order (it can happen!), please email me as soon as possible and I’ll put it right quickly and kindly.

On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable. If this happens, I’ll always contact you promptly to ask whether you’d prefer to wait or receive a refund — the choice is entirely yours.


International Shipping

International shipping prices depend on the weight of your parcel and your location.

Prices start from:

  • £12.99 – EU countries
  • £18.99 – Non-EU countries
  • £17.75 – USA
  • £14.85 – Rest of the world

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail standard tracked delivery.
Customers in the USA also have the option to choose Tracked & Signed, meaning a signature will be required on delivery.

Please note that delivery times can vary due to customs processing, which is unfortunately beyond my control.


Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to return the item

Please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide return instructions.

Return Postage

As a small business, we do not offer free returns for unwanted items or change-of-mind purchases. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, the following items cannot usually be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Digital products and downloads
  • Opened or used resin, pigments, glitters, chemicals, or consumable craft supplies
  • Gift cards

Resin Ritual Box Orders

If you purchase additional items from our website in the same order as your Resin Ritual Box, your entire order will be dispatched together when your Resin Ritual Box is ready for shipment.

To enable us to offer the discounted postage included with your Resin Ritual Box, we are unable to split orders or dispatch additional items separately.

If you require any other products before your Resin Ritual Box dispatch date, please place them as a separate order. These items will then be processed and dispatched within our standard delivery timescales.

By placing an order containing a Resin Ritual Box alongside other products, you acknowledge and accept that all items within that order will be held until the Resin Ritual Box is ready to be dispatched.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep our Resin Ritual Boxes as affordable as possible while ensuring every box arrives as the complete creative experience it was designed to be.
