A stunning green powdered pigment that glows bright green in UV light. Rhea, like many moons in the outer solar system, appears dazzlingly bright even in full sunlight; so obviously the brightest glowing powder of them all just has to be Rhea.
Now, she has had me confused, some say she’s Green and some say she’s Yellow; What colour do you see? Think fireflies, and glow worms and I'm pretty sure you see the same colour as me.
