Sprinkle it onto a finished neon pop dirty pour to highlight cells, enhance texture, and add that final burst of glow where the light naturally hits. It can also be layered between resin pours, scattered over tacky surfaces, or gently embedded for depth and dimension. Please note: when mixed directly into resin, this flake creates a soft pastel finish.

All Bloom pigments have excellent UV stability; they will not fade or alter under UV light - even if they have not been sealed with a protectant.
