  1. No Refunds or Exchanges: Due to the nature of mystery boxes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any mystery box purchases.

  2. Contents May Vary: Each mystery box is unique and will contain a mix of new and older stock items. The contents may include, but are not limited to, moulds, glitters, tools, resins, pigments, and other crafting supplies. No two boxes are identical.

  3. Limited Availability: Mystery boxes are available in limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once they are sold out, they are replenished with new alterative Mystery Boxes!

  4. Non-Guaranteed Items: Specific items cannot be requested or guaranteed in any mystery box. The contents are selected at random.

  5. Value Guarantee: Each mystery box will contain products valued at or above the advertised total price.

  6. Shipping: Mystery boxes will be shipped as per our standard shipping policy. Please allow the usual delivery timeframe after dispatch.
