Alcohol Ink Orbit Coasters – RETREAT - FRI 22ND MAY, DAY 1, WORKSHOP 3 - 3pm - 5pm

Dive into the fluid, unpredictable beauty of alcohol inks in this vibrant, technique-packed workshop focused on colour, movement, and professional finishing.

You’ll learn how to create mesmerising, breath-taking pigment effects on Yupo paper, experimenting with alcohol inks alongside other exciting pigments to build depth, flow, and contrast. This session is all about letting colour move while learning how to guide it with intention.

During the workshop, you’ll create three 10cm wooden coasters, mounting your finished ink artwork onto each base and learning how to prepare your surfaces for a polished, long-lasting result. While this workshop does not use resin, you’ll be guided through professional sealing and finishing methods to ensure your coasters are durable and display-ready.

How many of us, give up with finishing and fixing our makes? Well not on our watch........ At the end of the session, we’ll talk through top-coating your coasters at home using Cure Pro, covering tips, techniques, and best practice to help you achieve a smooth, professional finish with confidence.

This workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced creatives alike, whether you’re creating for yourself, gifting, or exploring new techniques for your small business.

You’ll leave with:

• Three completed alcohol ink coaster designs, mdf coasters and cork bases.
• A solid understanding of ink flow, layering, and pigment interaction
• Confidence in sealing and finishing your work to a professional standard

Terms and Conditions for all Classes and Workshops

1. General Policy

By enrolling in any class or workshop offered by Create and Bloom, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations, no-shows, and refunds.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments for classes and workshops are non-refundable. This includes situations where you cancel your enrollment or do not attend the class (no-show).

3. Credit Notes

At the sole discretion of Create and Bloom Crafts Ltd, a credit note may be issued for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled class or workshop. Requests for credit notes must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For example, frequent requests for refunds or no-shows, may not be granted.

4. Notification of Cancellation

If you need to cancel your attendance, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the class will not qualify for a credit note or any refund.

5. Changes to Classes

Create and Bloom reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes and workshops due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by us, participants will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

6. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a class or workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
